Job Title: Full-Time Therapist

While addressing the mental health needs of our clients, we utilize evidence-based techniques and where appropriate operating from a faith-based perspective.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a full-time master's-level or doctoral-level therapist to join our supportive and collaborative outpatient therapy practice. This role is essential as we aim to enhance the limited mental health resources in our area.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and carry a diverse caseload of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults, as well as their families.
  • Maintain progress notes, treatment plans, and other required documentation as may be needed
  • Conduct intake evaluations, and provide follow-up services through individual, family and/or couples therapy sessions.
  • Have the potential to be trained in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), with potential for certification as well.
  • Utilize on-site resources, including a playroom with toys supplied and an art room with materials for creative therapeutic interventions.
  • Participate in weekly staff meetings focused on administrative tasks and professional development.
  • Engage in individual supervision meetings for support and guidance.
  • Explore outreach opportunities to connect with and support the local community.
Qualifications:
  • Strongly preferred: Indiana licensed mental health counselors (LMHC), licensed marriage and family therapists (LMFT), licensed clinical social workers (LCSW), or licensed psychologists (PsyD/PhD).
  • Candidates with a provisional license will be considered; supervision by an experienced Licensed Clinical Psychologist or Licensed Clinical Social Worker may be provided.
  • Temporary licensed or non-independently licensed clinicians will primarily serve Medicaid clientele due to credentialing requirements.
