Frequently Asked Questions
Waitlist
At this time, Auxilium Psychological Services has a waitlist for seeing a treatment provider.
There are many factors involved in obtaining an appointment with one of our clinicians including but not limited to age, reason for requesting services, insurance type, and availability. There are many other variables as well, but these are the main factors determining a good fit. Wait time can range anywhere from 3-6 months.
The easiest way to join our waitlist, is to fill out a Request for Service. If you're requesting a specific type of therapy, like Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) or Play therapy, please make a note in your Request for Service. When a therapist has an opening that aligns with your preferences and their availability, we will call you to schedule an appointment. You may look at our therapist's information on our website under staff introductions to see if you would like to request a specific clinician.
